GYM at fitness first



I have gained weight recently a lot, around 4 to 5Kg. Thanks to Philippines food, Red Horse, HOWZAT curry Chiken and i must Thank to REN Zong and my animal friends.

So, trying to trim down myself from bulging belly to 6 packs, hahah..lets see. I had finished almost one month, 4 times a week at fitness first and i am feeling much lighter than before.
I am planning to join for another month, and i think i will get the trainer. Some serious stuff i will do, i will definately trim down my self to 67/68 KG. I am damn short 6 feet 6 inch; late 20s man, i deserve no fat, but i got 25% of body fat.It should be 20%. Damn it, its 5% higher than i need.

I am going home in two months and i want to show my folks that their son is back, same non fat son hahahhh...

So, i must do following things;
1. No to red horse and its families
2. No late dinner at all
3. Strict rule of gym, get the trainer
4. Look at my mirror after i take shower everyday

looking for

I am looking new holiday where i can switch off my phone
i am looking for new life where i can do what ever i want
I am looking for many many things......



But i am so busy these days that i don't even have time to google something which i am looking for shhhhhh
